Being active and fit are key components to a healthy life, and LifeCare Rehabilitation Services and Fitness Centers are providing the Greenbush, Roseau, and Warroad area communities with facilities that meet your health and fitness needs.
Being affiliated with a medical provider gives our members access to more trusted, reputable resources for health-related solutions than anywhere else in the region.

LifeCare Fitness Centers offer 24/7 access to all facility amenities. The facility offers cardiovascular machines, strength equipment, free weights, and more. Fitness Center members may be eligible for health insurance discounts.

Membership Information

• To sign up, all members need to complete a Membership Agreement and review Policy and Procedure for use of facilities, after hour’s gym access, and member etiquette – this can be done at the front desk of any of our three locations.
• Note: as a part of our membership agreement, we ask that all prospective members fill out a Health Risk Assessment. Please understand that some members may need additional doctor’s clearance and that this process may delay membership approval by up to 5-7 business days.
• Payment is due upon approval of membership and by the 5th of each month thereafter. If no payment is received as a part of this monthly payment schedule, cards will be deactivated. Payment can be taken in person at the front desk of all three locations, or automatic payments can be set up at any time.
• Members can choose to complete an optional Gym Orientation at an additional one-time cost of $40 to be scheduled with one of our Certified Personal Trainers.
