Barre Sculpt
Barre Sculpt

Barre Sculpt is a total body workout that uses a combination of Pilates and balletic inspired movement that focuses on toning and lengthening muscles…with a fun spicy twist! this low impact and high intensity class utilizes a combination of stationary barre, 2-3Ib hand weights (optional), and a mat for floorwork. No experience is required, and modifications are provided by your instructor. You will leave Barre Sculpt feeling confident and energized.

$8 for gym members and $10 for non-gym members. Your payment will be due at the time of class.

Cycling Spin Class

Led by two of LifeCare’s very own Certified Personal Trainers. 45 minute cardio and dance workout atop a spin bike. Themed classes and personally curated playlists. Beginner friendly.

$8 for gym members and $10 for non-gym members. Your payment will be due at the time of class.

Vinyasa Yoga
Yoga Sculpt

Meet the perfect blend of flow and fitness. Yoga Sculpt incorporates weights to build the burn. Whether you’re a yogi or a fitness enthusiast, you’ll love the strength and cardio elements woven into each sequence. Each class will target your arms, legs, and core. By combining both yoga and strength-building exercises, you will challenge your muscles and mind while taking your practice to a whole new level.

Rebound Revive

On the hunt for a workout that doesn’t feel like a workout? Look no further!

Join us in a short, sweet, low-impact, high energy class that makes working out feel like a dance party. This 30-minute class includes a brief warm-up, some lightweight lifting, core work and of course, lots of jumping, dancing and fun. It is suitable for beginners and fitness class pros alike, with each workout being modifiable to one’s own experience level.

Each participant will be equipped with their own mini trampoline, complete with safety handrail, so there’s nothing holding you back! Sign up today and come see what even NASA is raving about.

Resilience is one of the greatest skills you can possess. Test your mind and body. Learn the basics of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and improve your self-defense, self-confidence, concentration, awareness and discernment.
