Meet “LifeCare’s triplets”—three sweet baby girls born to three of our amazing nurses! Corinn Shaw, Erin Spaeth, and Kasey Quamme, each an important part of our team, all gave birth within a week of each other. And the best part? They all welcomed baby girls! Even more special, none of them knew the gender beforehand, making it a surprise for everyone.

Help us celebrate the arrival of Brendan Amani, the first baby of 2025 born at LifeCare Birthing Center! Brendan made his debut on Friday, January 3rd at 5:22 p.m., weighing 6 pounds, 5 ounces and 19 inches long, to proud parents Leilah Adams and Alvin Smith of Roseau. He’s already surrounded by love, including 6 excited older siblings. Congratulations!

January 31st, 2025 – Roseau, MN | LifeCare Medical Center has announced a generous donation of $25,000 to Lil’ Chompers Child Care, a non-profit organization in Greenbush, which will be building a new licensed child care center in 2025.

November 12th, 2024 | Roseau, MN – LifeCare Medical Center is pleased to announce the 2024 grant recipients for the LifeCare Health Care Fund (LHCF).

Grand Forks, N.D. – Altru and LifeCare Medical Center have agreed to transition clinic ownership in Roseau, Warroad and Greenbush from Altru to LifeCare. LifeCare will assume ownership of these clinics on July 15, 2024 and will continue to offer primary care and related services at all three locations.

Roseau Manor, one of LifeCare’s two nursing home facilities, is now in the beginning phase of a major expansion and renovation project.
